Daz was born in Liverpool, England November 12, 1970. Having somewhat of a turmoil filled childhood, he joined the Royal Air Force (RAF) at the young age of 16, seeing many countries and also serving during Desert Storm.

He first became involved in modeling, and a friend of his from his Gladiator days, John (Vulcan) was working on The World Is Not Enough and there was need for an extra, so he told Daz about it.  The rest as they say is history.

He studied at the Madder Market Theatre in Norwich England and then onto the Actors Centre in London and currently studying at the LA Actors Centre.  

He has been involved with many projects, including US films and TV, as well as continuing to work in the UK. One of his favorite pastimes when not working, is helping underprivileged and at risk children and helping them to channel their interests into sports and the arts.   Before his life became a bit busier with his acting taking him all over, he would give talks to children about the dangers of drugs and encouraging them to have healthier outlets at various schools in the UK and Scotland.
